Welcome to Yogastrength. I have been helping others reach their strength and wellness goals since 1987, and over the last 26 years I have taught and mentored students of all ages. I love learning things that open new doors for myself as well as my clients. I intend to use this website as a platform to share my methods and ideologies to enable more people to improve their health and achieve their goals. 


As an instructor, it is my passion to share my knowledge and experience with people who have a desire to improve their state of physical and mental well being . Factors like age, ability, injury or fitness level are not obstacles if you have the will. I will help you transform your lifestyle to one that is holistic and healthy.

Yoga is the journey of the self through of the self the self to the self.
